The head of AZ Barter in Azerbaijan, Khayal Mammadkhanli, presented to a large group of entrepreneurs yesterday. According to the press release, “Out target is not narrow profile, we intend to render multilateral barter services. We function as though as a barter stock exchange among the companies. The system created by us enables helping the companies to buy necessary goods and services in the absence of demand for cash payments.”
