BLC has enhanced their CRM with some new features. From an email from Catherine – “…we have enhanced the notes ability with one more feature – the ability to add the note to the calendar as a reminder. So here’s what our CRM Notes can do – you can of course post notes, but you are able to specify the type of note. You can also add another business to the note and a copy will appear in both files. For example, if you are putting together Joe’s Fish Market with Deb’s Designs so she can do a new logo, you can add Deb’s Designs as a business on the note and the note will appear in both business records. And if you want to follow up with Deb and Joe you can create a calendar item from the note.
And the new cool feature we added to the mix? About an hour before any event is due on your CRM calendar, you will get a reminder email. After all, what good is a calendar without a reminder that goes out and reminds of events on the calendar.”
