HE-5 Resources Corp, a somewhat enigmatic company with a history of mining operations in Nevada among other endeavors, has officially changed its name to “Trading Barter Bank”. In a press release by the company, Rick DesOrmeaux explains, “We feel that this will permit us to have a stronger New Corporate Signature that will be more representative of the business segment we are in, and better reflecting the core activities we conduct. It is crucial that we combine the current release of our New Operations and Trading Platform with a solid media advertizing campaign while positioning our New Corporate Name, Trademarks and Business Streams all together.”
“We have already instructed our attorney to file all requisite documentation to change our Corporate Name identity to “Trading Barter Corp.” This will help as well avoiding any confusion or association to any past mining operations or previous business.”
