The Anti-Crisis Settlement and Accounting Center , a commodity barter exchange in Russia, has experienced some setbacks in its licensing and expansion plan. According to a story on The Moscow Times, the ACSAC took funds from a number of individuals and companies without producing the software promised.

According to German Sterligov, the sole owner of the ACSAC, “Besides the two partners that have gone to court, we have 29 partners who are working.”
