The Trade Banc and all of its Trade Banc branded exchanges have been capitalizing on Tradebank International’s good name and reputation for years, in an attempt to confuse the public.
Hopefully Tradebank International will put an end to their plagiarism, blatant disregard and trademark and copyright infringement. TradeBank should add all of The Trade Banc exchanges as defendants in their lawsuit.
I currently use “The Trade Banc” Software. I choose this software on the merit of the software, and not on the name of the company. I spent a great deal of time comparing software features not company names as I would hope all Barter Exchanges make their choice. My company utilizes the software and the network, not the name. We are independent and wish to remain that way. Why should I be named as a defendant?
