(Bristol, Connecticut) – Barter Business Unlimited, the region’s leading barter exchange company for business owners throughout the United States, announced today that it is sponsoring a “Family Fun Day Meet & Greet Benefit For Matthew Young” that will feature a local appearance by television star Doug Brochu, from Disney Channel’s “Sonny With A Chance” show, along with a live Webcam appearance by his brother Chris Brochu, who has starred in Hannah Montana, Zoey 101, featured in the movie, “Soul Surfer”, which is scheduled for release in 2011 and now filming a new Disney Channel original movie, “Lemonade Mouth”.

The “Family Fun Day Meet & Greet Benefit For Matthew Young” will take place on Sunday, July 18, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at The Hair Spa & Kids Cuts, 356 Farmington Avenue, Rt. 10, Plainville, CT, phone 860.747.4544. While all haircuts are priced starting at $17 and raffle tickets sold for $1, there will be a live and silent auction held along with plenty of food, refreshments and fun for all family members. Special photo opportunities with Doug Brochu will be available along with one-of-a-kind autographed items from Chris Brochu. All proceeds will go to the Matthew Cole Young Fund.
